One of these players received the most nominations. Can you guess which one?
Round 2, Game 29: Jack Johnson vs. Sergei Bobrovsky
Johnson, D: 368 GP; 33 G; 110 A; 143 P
Round 1: Johnson defeated Matt Calvert, 101-100. It was tied at 100 apiece on Wednesday night. Huge thanks to whoever cast the final vote, so I didn’t have to break the tie myself.
Bobrovsky, G: 247 GP; 139-84-20 record; .923 SV%; 2.36 GAA
Notes: So many superlatives here: second in franchise history and first in wins. 2 time winner of the Vezina Trophy as the NHL’s best goaltender.
Round 2, Game 30: Brandon Dubinsky vs. Cam Atkinson
Dubinsky, C: 307 GP; 60 G; 135 A; 195 P
Round 1: Dubi defeated Josh Anderson, 169-32
Atkinson, RW: 382 GP; 121 G; 106 A; 227 P
Notes: Cam’s 121 goals are second in CBJ history. He has put up 4 straight seasons of 20+ goals, including 35 last year. That was enough to earn an appearance in the All-Star Game.
