The Cannon Cast Episode 104: Controversy, Defensive miscues, plus Laine & Roslovic making sweet first impressions

Coming off a split against the Dallas Stars last week, the Columbus Blue Jackets kicked off the first of two games against the Carolina Hurricanes on Super Bowl Sunday, and Sunday’s 6-5 loss was shrouded in controversy.

In this edition of The Cannon Cast we talk about:

  • Columbus against the world?
  • Defensive play is supposed to be the identity — what gives?
  • Injuries hitting
  • Patrik Laine and Jack Roslovic make good first impressions/

and much more!

The Jackets were leading the Hurricanes at the end of recording Monday night and we’re pleased to say they found a way to get a win! In spite of more controversy?
