After a rusty start to their first playoff game, the Cleveland Monsters rebounded with three straight wins to eliminate the Belleville Senators and advance in the Calder Cup Playoffs.
(I would run through a wall for Trent Vogelhuber. Find a way to keep him in the organization)
The next round starts tonight, with the Monsters hosting the Syracuse Crunch (Tampa Bay’s affiliate) in the North Division Finals. Syracuse had to go the distance in a 3-2 series win against Rochester. The winner of this five game series will face the winner of Hershey vs. Hartford in the Eastern Conference Finals.
Schedule
All games can be watched on AHL.tv, and Game 1 tonight will air on Bally Sports Great Lakes.
