Ugh, these guys again?
The Blue Jackets are back home, seeking their first win of the 2017 preseason. Remains to be seen if any of the Pens regulars will play, and if any Blue Jackets try to work out some playoff frustration tonight.
Soon the team will split into separate Cleveland and Columbus camps, so tonight is one of the last opportunities for certain players to earn an extended audition for the big club. Tonight’s lineup features many of those players straddling the cut line.
The most noteworthy starter: Sergei Bobrovsky, making his preseason debut.
None of Pittsburgh’s stars will play tonight, and only a handful of their regulars.
