We’re here, folks. We’ve made it to the final preseason game. The roster is finally taking shape, with 3 cuts made after the game against the Bruins on Thursday night. Sonny Milano (much to my chagrin), Markus Hannikainen, and Anton Forsberg were sent down to the Cleveland Monsters, leaving the team with two cuts to make ahead of next Thursday’s season opener.
Tonight, as a result, will feature a lineup as close to opening night as we are likely to see this preseason. With that said, I do not expect an overly physical contest tonight between the two squads. Both teams will be looking to escape the game unscathed and healthy for opening night.
