Blue Jackets Announce Preseason Schedule
While we wait for the Stanley Cup Final to start, why not make some travel plans?
The Blue Jackets have decided to help out with today's slow news day by announcing their preseason schedule for the 2015-2016 NHL season.
Beginning by hosting a game against the Penguins on the 21st of September, the club will play eight games, including one split squad home and home against St Louis, before wrapping up by hosting the Nashville Predators on Saturday, October 3rd.
It's mostly the same familiar faces - but it is a nice nod to their Western Conference roots to include St. Louis, Minnesota, and Nashville on the schedule.
Here's the complete schedule:
Monday, 9/21 vs Pittsburgh - 7PM
Tuesday, 9/22 @ St. Louis - 8PM / vs. St. Louis -7PM (Split squads)
Thursday, 9/24 vs. Minnesota - 7PM
Saturday, 9/26 @ Pittsburgh - 4PM
Tuesday, 9/29 @ Nashville - 8PM
Friday, 10/2 @ Buffalo - 7PM
Saturday, 10/3 vs. Nashville - 7PM
So, anything catch your eye? I'm hoping we get at least a few games of BJORKSTRAND!, myself...
