First off I would like to say hello and look forward to keeping everyone up to speed on the Blue Jackets‘ AHL affiliate- the Syracuse Crunch. Mike MacLean asked me if I would be interested as I live in Syracuse NY and do updates on the Blue Jackets HF message board. I plan on doing weekly updates with game recaps, line combinations, and breaking news. This could grow into more with player profiles, pictures and much more but we’ll be keeping it simple in the beginning.
I will probably be posting on Mondays as many weekends the Crunch play 3 in 3’s and on Mondays I have lots of free time. Let’s go Jackets against the Thrashers tonight! I hope Picard (who was called up late last night) gets some good minutes and finally breaks his goal-less streak in the NHL as this kid really can play. I am calling for a Picard MacKenzie Filatov line as they could be very dangerous.
