Horrible news this morning from the Columbus Blue Jackets:
Rumors began to circulate late on Thursday night that two cyclists were struck by a vehicle in Southern New Jersey, near Gaudreau’s hometown.
Our deepest sympathies go out to the Gaudreau family as they cope with this unfathomable double loss. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
This is another blow to the Blue Jackets community, which lost goaltender Matiss Kivlenieks in a fireworks accident in July 2021.
