Big game tonight, as Columbus is on national TV in the US for the first time this season (NBCSN would have picked up the January 7 game against these Rangers, had the win streak been alive).

This is the fourth meeting this season between these teams. They split the first two meetings in Columbus, while Columbus won that wild 6-4 game at MSG to end the month of January.

On Saturday, New York beat Colorado to earn the 400th career victory for goalie Henrik Lundqvist. Our friends at Blueshirt Banter paid tribute.

In Jackets news, Joonas Korpisalo was recalled from Cleveland and Anton Forsberg was returned to the Monsters. Korpisalo was sent down to get a chance to play. I assume this means Bob will start most games this month, with plenty of off days and very little travel.
