It’s pre-season game number two, in part one of a split squad matchup for the Blue Jackets as part of their contingent hosts the Buffalo Sabres.
Getting the start in goal are Vezina winner Sergei Bobrovsky and Ryan Miller for the CBJ and Sabres respectively. For Jackets fans, it will be a chance to give Bobrovosky the first cheer since bringing home the hardware, so if you’re out at the game make sure you let the TOP COP ON THE FORCE know how you feel about him.
Other “regulars” tonight include R.J. Umberger, Fedor Tyutin, Nick Foligno, Jack Johnson, Artem Anisimov, Derek MacKenzie, and newly minted Jared Boll. For the rebuilding Sabres, you get to see Miller, Thomas Vanek, Christian Erhoff, and A LOT of young guys.
