Werenski (58) is one assist away from tying Panarin’s CBJ record for the most assists in a season at 59. If he gets 2 assists to break the record, he’ll also equal Panarin’s 2nd highest scoring season amongst CBJ players.
Boone Jenner is a goal away from 200 career goals.
Jackets Notes
More will be said about this season after is comes to a close but what a surprising and fun ride it’s been. Haven’t heard word on Elvis yet, fully expecting Jet to bring it home tonight before re-joining the Monsters. I’ll update the projected lines later if we hear changes from morning skate.
Looks like Jack Williams (the recently signed NCAA UFA) will draw in for ZAR and center the 4th line tonight. Congrats on the rookie debut!
The Monsters are currently sitting 5th in their division, one point behind the 4th place team, but in Calder playoff position. They are 2 points away from clinching a berth but would certainly enjoy the return of their top goalie.
