Yegor Chinakhov
After being a healthy scratch in the Vegas match up, Chinakhov is expected to draw back in on the second line. Yegor has not found his groove since returning from an extended absence, can he provide an offensive spark after the Blue Jackets were shut out in their recent contest?

Announced on Friday, Elvis Merzlikins will not be available for this game due to personal reasons. Jet Greaves has been recalled, Tarasov should start.
Jake Christiansen left in the second period on Thursday and has been ruled out with an upper body injury. Jack Johnson is expected to replace him.

The Rangers defeated the WIld in OT on Thursday night to snap a 4 game losing streak and have drawn level with Columbus in standings points. Despite giving up 7 goals against Columbus, Jonathan Quick was extended by the Rnagers this week (Adin Hill was the other goalie extended shortly after playing Columbus), Shesterkin is the projected starter. Adam Fox remains out of the lineup due to injury.
