Todd Richards confirmed after this morning’s skate that Fedor Tyutin will not play tonight, and David Savard will draw in for him. According to Richards, Savard got the nod over Tim Erixon because the coaching staff thought Savard had the slightly better training camp.
We can expect James Wisniewski and Ryan Murray to play together. When I talked to Dalton Prout about playing with Nikita Nikitin, he indicated they hadn’t 100% decided the pairings tonight. Look for Prout to possible move up and play with Jack Johnson, and for Savard and Nikitin to perhaps play together.
