- Speaking of Springfield, might the Falcons be replaced as the Jackets’ AHL affiliate by the Lake Erie Monsters? In my opinion, the move would be a win for the state of Ohio. The CBJ may pick up some more fans from northeast Ohio (the ones who aren’t Buffalo or Pittsburgh fans already).
- We’ve talked about it here previously, but Steve Moses (who just finished his third season with Jokerit – JARMO CONNECTION) is set to try his hand in the NHL and Columbus is apparently among the front runners to land him.
