BREAKING: A Proposal To Solve The Arena Issue To Be Released

The Dispatch is reporting that at 3 PM today a proposal will be released to help solve the long-term arena/debt issues facing the club. Attorney John Rosenberger released a statement about the proposal:

"After completing nearly two years of in-depth analysis and due-diligence, we are ready to make our recommendations to city and county officials for a financial plan built on a public and private partnership. We believe we have met our charge."

Rosenberger was hired by the city of Columbus and Franklin County in 2009 to help negotiate a public purchase of the arena. We'll have our reactions later today when the proposal is released officially.
