Nick Foligno moved in to Wennberg’s spot as the second line center. Brandon Dubinsky moved up and obviously has a chance to prove himself after some strong play in Game One on Thursday night. Sonny Milano makes his return to the lineup on Brandon Dubinsky’s wing.
There were no changes to the defensive pairings, and none were expected.
Injuries happen, and the Blue Jackets have weathered Wennberg’s absence before this season. Now they have the depth to do it better, thanks to the acquisition of Mark Letestu.
Game Two is tomorrow night at 7:30 PM.
