It has been reported today that Artemi Panarin has given the Columbus Blue Jackets a deadline of September 13, after which he wants to push all business matters to the side and focus on playing hockey.
Aaron Portzline, of The Athletic, broke the story.

Perhaps this is his way of forcing a trade out of town. That remains to be seen.
