Excitement elevates as the Columbus Blue Jackets inked a few more recent draftees with entry-level contracts: Last year’s 2020 draft pick (Rd. 5, #145) Ole Julian Bjørgvik Holm ($917,500 AAV), and Cole Sillinger ($1,633,333 AAV) taken with the 12th overall pick this past July. We’ll talk about those guys, and a lot of exciting names on this week’s edition of The Cannon Cast as we get into:

  • The latest on our Top 25 Under 25
  • Can one recent CBJ draftee actually make his way to Cleveland this season - or higher?
  • And we dig more into the Cam Atkinson for Jakub Voráček trade last month after our Q&A with Broad Street Hockey (Thanks to Broad Street Hockey’s Kelly Hinkle!)

And much more!

Our theme music is the song “Green Eyes,” by Angela Perley and the Howlin’ Moons off of their album “Homemade Vision.” Angela’s newest album is called “4:30” and you should listen to it! Check her out at angelaperley.com, and you should also check out Angela Perley on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
