The 2021 NHL schedule has been released. After many delays, and negotiating a return to play, we have a season. The Columbus Blue Jackets will open the season on January 14 in Nashville as the team visits the Nashville Predators.

With the season condensed and divisions re-imaged in light of the border being closed, the Jackets will face each of their new divisional opponents eight times. If you need a refresher on the new division, we have you covered:

The NHL also announced the new return to play protocols, as well as a change to the offside rule:
