On last week’s episode of “The Cannon Cast”, the boys discussed Alexander Wennberg’s incredible showing at Worlds, Sergei Bobrovsky’s condo listing, and if John Davidson was leaving or not. After major shoulder surgery, Zach Werenski still looked pretty good. We also discuss his upcoming contract status in our player review.

Alexander Wennberg.... Oh Alexander Wennberg. He struggled to score in the NHL this season. Yet, was able to hop off the plane and score four points in one game at Worlds. This kid is likely going to make us go bald from all the hair pulling and head scratching we do at The Cannon over his play.
For a sixth-round draft pick, Cam Atkinson looked pretty fantastic. Let’s be honest, even if Atkinson was a first-round draft pick, he still would have looked phenomenal.
