Gamethread #57: Blue Jackets at Blackhawks

It’s official: Kole Sherwood will make his NHL debut tonight, as the first Central Ohioan to suit up for the Blue Jackets. He met with the media earlier today:

Cool thing: he got the news yesterday from Cleveland assistant coach Trent Vogelhuber, who was the first Central Ohioan to be drafted by the Blue Jackets.

Eric Robinson also joins the lineup. Ryan Murray - who missed practice yesterday for a maintenance day - will play.

Sergei Bobrovsky gets the start in net.
