The Columbus Blue Jackets traveled to Raleigh to take on the Carolina Hurricanes on the second night of a back to back as they sought to avoid falling into a 1-4 hole.

Here’s what happened.

Dougie Hamilton scored to give the Hurricanes the lead before Oliver Bjorkstrand answered back 17 seconds later.

Joonas Korpisalo made several big saves to keep the score tied before Pierre-Luc Dubois hit the post on the power play.

Final

Columbus Blue Jackets 3 Carolina Hurricanes 2
