Columbus Blue Jackets to Double Number of National Television Appearances This Season

The team steps up to the big leagues and get two whole games on the NBC networks.

NBC has released their national broadcast schedule for this season, emphasizing highlighting more teams and showcasing the young stars in the NHL on Wednesday nights, rebranding their coverage as Wednesday Night Hockey.

Naturally, the Columbus Blue Jackets have no Wednesday night games all season.

The Blue Jackets will make two appearances on national TV:

Monday, February 18: Tampa Bay at Columbus, 7:30 PM on NBCSN

Thursday, March 7: Columbus at Pittsburgh, 7:00 PM on NBCSN
