NHL: Stanley Cup Playoffs-Washington Capitals at Columbus Blue Jackets Russell LaBounty-USA TODAY Sports

First Period

No score, despite both teams having power play chances. Also, this happened:

Second Period

Washington scored one good goal, and a second that was then overturned by an offside challenge from John Tortorella.

The Jackets took two stupid slashing penalties to give Washington a five on three, and John Carlson was able to capitalize because Columbus cannot stay out of the box.

Third Period

Overtime. Again.

First Overtime.

Columbus dominated high danger chances. No score. My heart exploded.

Second Overtime

Washington won it.
