With the 80th pick in the 2018 NHL Draft, the Columbus Blue Jackets selected Marcus Karlberg, a forward from Leksands IF of the Swedish junior SuperElit league.
He is small, at 5’8” and 165 lbs, but this past season produced a lot of points: 15 goals and 32 assists in 39 games in the U20 league.
