The Cleveland Monsters had a less than stellar week dropping all three of their games. They are now riding a four-game lose-streak and looking to get off at the next stop.
They dropped their first game of the week against the San Antonio Rampage, 4-2, on Thursday, December 14th. Miles Koules made his return to the lineup with a goal during the first period. The “A” made it's way onto Zac Dalpe's sweater for the first time this season.
Next up for the Monsters were the Texas Stars on Saturday, December 16. Even though they lost in overtime there were still many shining moments from the team. Sam Vigneault had a multi-point night scoring two goals. Their power play looked the best it has all season.
The Columbus Blue Jackets swapped Jordan Schroeder and Gabriel Carlsson for Sonny Milano and Cameron Gaunce on Saturday.
Tyler Motte was sent down to Cleveland on December 19th. He will likely start against the Wild on Wednesday, December 20th.
