Game Preview: Trick or Treat?

New, comments
NHL: Boston Bruins at Columbus Blue Jackets Aaron Doster-USA TODAY Sports

As the nights grow darker and a chill fills the air, a terrible horde of unholy creatures begin to march through the streets, signaling to all that the End Times have come!

Yes, the Bruins are back in town, and they brought their fans with them.

In all seriousness, the Blue Jackets will have a chance to rebound off a less than stellar outing against St. Louis tonight at home against Boston before taking off for a brief road trip, so let’s make one of the best Octobers in team history that much better by closing it out with another win at home.

The biggest news here is that Tyler Motte has been called up from Cleveland, presumably to take the place of Cam Atkinson, who was injured on Saturday against the Blues. But will he be a sweet treat for a team looking for a spark, or a nasty trick...?
