Game Preview #60 - Expunge From Memory

New, comments

Friday sucked pretty hard. Let it go and move forward.

Game Faceoff

I will be one of the first to admit that I didn't see this coming from the Bruins. They were ridiculed across the league for how their draft weekend went down, first in losing Milan Lucic and Dougie Hamilton and then for who the selected in the first round. I didn't expect much from them, I must admit.

But I forgot about the strong core they had remaining. Tip of the cap to the Bruins.

The Jackets got embarrassed at home by Buffalo on Friday night, and by many accounts had some sloppy practice time on top of it. Perhaps all of our consternation about The Loss Of The Tank was a bit overstated. This team, still, isn't all that great. And the trade deadline is still to come.

Nothing changes in the CBJ lineup for tonight. We'll see if the message got through.
