As we continue to celebrate the launch of NHL 14, let's look back at some of the biggest hits in Columbus history.

We're still celebrating the launch of NHL 14, and one feature in particular-the new physics engine-offers up a more realistic experience for the gamer. The new engine means among other things, NHL 14 features huge hits. Let's take a look at some of the biggest hits delivered by the Jackets:

BRANDON DUBINSKY ON IAN COLE

Over the years spent together in the Central Division, the Jackets and Blues had many-a-battle, and last year Dubi got into the act, pasting Ian Cole into the end boards.


ANTON STRALMAN ON PATRICK KANE

Though he was frustrating to watch for most Jacket fans, Stralman had everybody cheering when he laid out Patrick Kane as he entered the zone.


JAN HEJDA ON PATRICK KANE

I could watch Kane getting leveled all day. Thanks to Hejda for hooking me up.


SERGEI FEDOROV ON DUNCAN KEITH

We're going back a few years for this one- Feds taking out Duncan Keith behind the net with a punishing hit.


CAM ATKINSON ON STEPHANE ROBIDAS

The Jackets came out with their list of five best hits from last year. This one came in second place, but in my opinion it was the best one. It's always good to see the guys you don't expect laying out the big hits.
