2013 NHL Draft: Jackets Draft Marko Dano 27th Overall

With the 27th Pick of the 2013 NHL Entry Draft, the Jackets select Marko Dano of Bratislava of the KHL.

With their third pick of the first round, the Jackets drafted Marko Dano, who plays with Bratislava of the KHL.

He's a small, shifty forward who everybody fell in love with after a strong World Juniors for Slovakia. He's a very talented offensive player with a fantastic shot. He's top-six material.

His CHL rights are owned by the Prince George Cougars of the WHL, it will be interesting to see if the Jackets push for him to move overseas to continue his development in the 'Dub. Another Columbus prospect- 2012 third rounder Joonas Korpisalo- also has his rights owned by the Cougars.
