Game 45 Open Thread: Jackets vs. Oilers

New, comments

One team will end a streak, the other will continue down the path to the draft lottery. There's not much at stake for either team tonight, but both squads are due for a victory. If the Jackets can put some goals on the board early, they should be in good shape. They did that against Vancouver, but the Oilers don't have the firepower to come back like the Canucks do. I feel for Derick Brassard. The guy just isn't getting a shot. He must have heard what Hitch said about keeping him in the top six, and then the very next game he's down to the checking line. Regardless, let's see if Garon, Raffi, Roy and Hejda can stick it to their former team.

Which team will end their losing streak tonight?
