Based on the previous “What do we need most?” poll, a majority of voters feel the Blue Jackets biggest need is an offensive defenseman. Now, I want to take it a step further and start throwing out some names of players the Blue Jackets should look to acquire through free agency or trade.
Throw out as many names as you’d like. If you want to go as far as listing where you think they’d fall in the depth chart, feel free to post them. If we get some good comments, I’ll feature them in the next post.
Soon I will post my thoughts on who I think would help in Columbus, as well as some player profiles of top free agents or trade targets the Blue Jackets might be interested in. Your input and suggestions will help to determine who I spend more time focusing on leading up to free agency.
