Well, we all know it is not easy to TRADE our best player and franchise leader in points, Rick Nash

but....we have a couple of other guys that should be traded as well

Derick Brassard, Jared Boll, and Derek MacKenzie...

Brassard has shown flashes of skill and talent but has never really been consistent, not to mention he has a shoulder injury problem

Boll is a Goon, if you ask me, and i feel like Dorsett is way better at that job anyways

MacKenzie has plenty of hustle but he does not show up on the score sheet

IF and when the TRADE of Rick Nash happens...I have listed some possible options!

Boston Bruins

targeted players:

C Brad Marchand , C Patrice Bergeron , C Tyler Seguin , LW Milan Lucic , RW Nathan Horton

possible trade:

CBJ- Nash, Brassard, Boll, and 2nd rd. pick for BOS- Bergeron, Lucic and 1st rd. picks(2013&2014)

or

CBJ- Nash, Brassard, MacKenzie and 2nd rd. pick for BOS- Seguin, Bergeron and 1st rd. picks(2013&2014)

review of trade:

-Nash wants out, Brassard has never really taken off, MacKenzie and Boll have no offensive purpose and in return we get a pair of Young Talented Players in Bergeron, Lucic/Seguin with alot of upside who can dish the puck and light the lamp and we also get future 1st rd picks...too bad Seguin is probably untouchable and more than likely Bergeron is untouchable as well...so i really don't see Boston and the CBJ doing business...

San Jose Sharks

C Joe Pavelski, C Logan Couture, C Joe Thornton, LW Patrick Marleau

possible trade:

CBJ - Nash, Brassard, MacKenzie and 2nd rd (2013&14) for SJS - Couture, Marleau and 1st rd (2013&14)

review of trade:

-Nash wants out, Brassard has never really taken off, MacKenzie and Boll have no offensive purpose and in return we get Couture which is a Beast (probably untouchable though) and Marleau brings scoring and plenty of experience that would help out Cam Atkinson and Foligno develop their offensive games.

New York Rangers

C Artem Anisimov, C Brandon Dubinsky, RW Marion Gaborik, C Brian Boyle, C Derek Stepan

possible trade:

CBJ - Nash, Brass, MacK, Boll and 2nd rd (2013&14) for NYR - Anisimov, Dubinsky, Boyle, Stepan, 1st rd 2013

review of trade:

"Nash...out...Brassard..etc" we get in return Anisimov who is a young Russian that has yet to blossom, Dubinsky which is a gritty player that can put up some points, and Stepan is very young and has plenty of upside, then there is Boyle which is 6'7" and 245lbs...monster of a guy that would easily replace Boll...all and all the NYR are more than likely the best fit for a trade for Nash...but it may not look like my idea!
