I think Toronto is trying to move up to the #1 pick with Edmonton in order to have an asset Columbus would agree to in a trade for Rick Nash. No one seems to be taking this into consideration when the talks of Toronto trading the #5 pick and Luke Schenn to Edmonton for the #1 pick. The Toronto press seems to think giving up Schenn and the #5 is too much, but not if the ultimate goal is to acquire Nash. Your thoughts
