The Jackets need to win, plain and simple. Something has to give between these two teams, and its up to the Jackets to get the two points they so desperately need to remain in the playoff conversation.
The recent skid can be attributed to a ffew things. Brass and Huselius out for a large chunk of time. Nash going through an ill-timed slump. Mase looking like he has lost focus, and the inability to put the puck in the net.
The statistical probability of the Jackets making the playoffs is low, but if they can regain their February form down the stretch, there is still hope.
They just have to win!
