Justin Bourne, as mentioned in last night's recap, would like to see Rick Nash (and equally skilled stars) move to teams that will get more national media attention, rather than play for teams where the attempt to get a Cup will be much more difficult and few will see him as the dominant player he is in the NHL. His argument is a good one, and though it hurts me as a fan, I admit that from someone outside of Columbus, it makes sense, particularly for showcasing a talented player in the prime of his career. Fortunately, sports isn't always about just what makes business sense, and Rick Nash is as loyal to Columbus as the fans have been to him. It's still worth a look, and worth taking a serious, thoughtful read.
