OK, this is just me spouting off, which is why it's a fanpost and not front page story.

I get the idea behind the Arch City Army. I think the idea of finding ways to get people into the game (and get more butts in seats) is great.

The problem I have is the name.

I've heard their explanation. I've heard it multiple times, in fact, because every time someone hears about them on Twitter or Facebook, it seems like they have to ask what the heck the name is about.

1) If you have to explain the name you picked every time someone hears it, it is not a good name.

2) Seriously, when I hear someone say "Arch City", I immediately think of St. Louis.

If they'd called it ANYTHING else, I'd probably be way more behind it. As it is, I wish them the best of luck, but I can't help but shake my head...
