8 improved franchises in the NHL.
Def. don't agree with half of these choices, not saying CBJ should really be on the list, but there are some who should REALLY NOT be on this list. Take a look. Thoughts?

I don't think the Stars and the Leafs should be on that list
but I agree with the other six
Players who should be in the Hall of Fame: Pat TIllman, Dwight White, Donnie Shell, L.C. Greenwood, Ray Guy, Steve Tasker, Greg Llyod, Andy Russel, Cris Carter, Kevin Greene and Jerry Kramer

Stars, Nucks, Blues, Flames didn’t really seem to fit the bill as ‘improved’
Nucks are improved but they are already a stellar team so….it could go either way (my view on improved is like taking a cellar-dweller and making them a playoff contender…they are improved but I’m looking for the leaps and bounds)
Stars didn’t really do anything to help their situation out besides some goaltending.
Flames have been criticized now since Free Agency
Blues like the Stars got some goaltending(really good goaltending) but other then that, not much to talk about.
Leafs, Lightning, Boston, Atlanta should def. be on the list.
Philadelphia Flyers/Columbus Blue Jackets...don't ask me how.
I disagree about the Flames. Feaster’s hiring is a good thing, but until he takes over for Sutter, it’s not really an improvement.
I’m also scratching my head on the Stars, since he’s basically saying that they made a ton of holes in their lineup. In the next few years, sure, it will help, but next season? Really?
I actually think that he has a point with the Leafs – I think Versteeg and Mueller could be a very big improvement for their top 6, and it’d be nice to see the Leafs make it back to the post season some time before the next 40 years.
I have to agree that Atlanta should be a team everyone keeps their eye on. I hope they really can make noise in the Southeast with their overhaul.
I’d agree that Vancouver may have gotten better, but OTOH, their problems have always been not having the toughness in the post-season, and Hamhuis and Ballard don’t solve that. Call me unconvinced that they earned the “improved” tag, either.
