Game 62 Preview: Jackets take on Road-Weary Canucks

I don't want to get too excited, but the Jackets are on a roll. They have won three in a row, and have looked very good in the process. Mase is in net again tonight, and it's likely we'll see Stralman return to the lineup. The Canucks will likely go with Raycroft in net.

The Canucks are in the midst of a disgusting road trip, necessary because of the Olympics, and the Sedins have been cool of late (my fantasy pool will attest to that). These factors could combine to facilitate a Jackets victory, but you can never underestimate the Canucks, they are a good team.

Fearless Prediction: Mason and the boys continue their run of hot play, beat the Canucks.

A win would give the Blue Jackets four straight for the first time this season. The Canucks, after playing at Florida last night, are six games into a 14-game road swing to facilitate the Olympics in Vancouver. The simmering feud between Blue Jacket R.J. Umberger and Canuck Ryan Kesler -- both from Ohio State -- bears watching.
