Moreau out 4-6 weeks

Per Portzline, CBJ winger Ethan Moreau had surgery today to set the broken bone in his right hand suffered in last night's game. He is expected to miss 4-6 weeks while he recovers from the injury.

It may be simpler and more practical to say that Moreau will miss between 20-30 games, looking at the schedule. I can’t imagine we’ll see him back on the ice before Thanksgiving, at the earliest.

Unfortunately, the 3rd line has often been our best line and showed real chemistry until the puck struck. It really will hurt us, and I hope he can come back soon.
