Game 54 Preview: Jackets visit the Wild

This would be a great time for the Jackets to start a little winning streak. They won their last game against the Bruins, and looked pretty good in doing so. The Wild have been a better team of late, but the Jackets can come out on top tonight if they can continue to play their style.

Mase is in nets again tonight after winning his last start. He had some highlight-reel saves against the Bruins, and he will need to continue to play at a high level this evening. In terms of lineup moves, Jake Voracek will be out tonight after getting his bell rung against Boston. Juice2 will likely get back in the lineup for Roy.

Fearless Prediction: A goal from a CBJ defenseman.

Star-divide

From the Columbus Dispatch:

A good start would be a change for the Blue Jackets. They've allowed the first goal in six straight games, all in the first 2:29. The Jackets and Wild split the first two games of the season, both 2-1 wins for the home team. Keep an eye on Wild winger Guillaume Latendresse, who has 13 goals in 26 games since he was acquired from Montreal.
