Eric Smith's Fire the Cannon Podcast ft. Chris MacFarland

I took part in Eric Smith's Fire the Cannon podcast earlier this evening, with Jackets' assistant GM Chris MacFarland. It was a very interesting chat, and I've got the whole thing here:

A big thanks to Eric at Hockeybuzz for doing these podcasts, and lining up excellent guests. Chris answered a series of my questions, including letting us know that Steve Kelly will certainly not return to the organization, and the team is still looking to add a forward to the Crunch forward ranks, who could potentially be a callup down the road. Also, I asked about how the team sees Filatov fitting in this upcoming season, and he said that Nik will be used similarly to Voracek last year. Also, he told me that the Jackets' involvement in bringing prospect Tomas Kubalik over to North America was minimal.
